How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Your order involves two parts: processing time and shipping. The average time to process your Fine Art Print is generally 5-7 days. If you order a Fine Art Print on metal, the average time to process is 10-14 days. Standard additional time for shipping is 6-9 days.
Please note from mid-November to mid-January, processing times may increase, due to the holiday season.
How is my order packaged?
Your order is packed by shipping experts. Expect your order to be professionally wrapped and packed for safe shipping.
What company do you ship with?
Your order is shipped directly from the location when the Fine Art Print is created. Within North America, FedEx is our shipper of choice; a tracking number is issued to you via email at the time of shipping.
Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, so please provide your actual street address when you order.
Can I hang my metal print in a bathroom location?
Yes, just ensure your print is not in direct contact with water.
Are frames available for prints and metal prints?
Yes, a variety of framing options are available. Please select a frame when you are selecting your Fine Art Print: You can click on the "framing options" to view how the print will look in the different frame selections. If you're interested in a frame color that is not listed, please note your request in the "Message Me" box - other color frames (white, natural wood, cherry, pewter) ARE available upon request.
How do I hang my new work from Arctic Flair Photography?
All metal prints come with hanging hardware mounted, and arrives ready to hang. Hanging of your Fine Art Print is at your discretion - unless you purchase a mat and a frame, your print will arrive by itself, and matting/framing are at your discretion.
Are your prints UV protected?
Yes. The professional high-lustre metal prints include protection against UV damage. It is still recommended that you avoid hanging locations where there is direct sunlight on your Fine Art Prints, regardless of the medium you purchase.
How do I care for my metal print?
A "How To" page mailed to the mailing address submitted with your order provides information on proper care for your metal print. It will include a small note with the story of your print as well.
What if the order arrives damaged?
Contact me immediately! Take a photo of the damaged package and a photo of the damage to your Fine Art Print, and email these to firstname.lastname@example.org for response and instructions. Damaged prints will be replaced asap.
What is your policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?
If you have ANY issues with your print, please contact me immediately. I will accept returns, perform exchanges and issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, and will give your request my undivided attention until the situation can be rectified. Your satisfaction is my goal!
